Travelling by car

The M4 motorway brings you directly to Swansea Bay from London and the South-East. The M6, M5, M42 and M50 link the area with the Midlands and the North-West, North-East and South-West of England. 

Bay Campus has very limited VIP spaces to be reserved in advance with charges of £1.50 for 2 hours or £3.50 from 8 – 6. Spaces in the staff car park can be reserved in advance but are limited. The same rates apply as for the VIP parking. Alternatively delegates may use Fabian Way park and ride which is £2.50 all day and return bus travel for 4 passengers. Buses are every 15 minutes.

Travelling by train

Frequent trains run direct from London Paddington, Bristol, Manchester and Cardiff to the Swansea Bay area. There are also good connections from North East, South and South West England.
To Swansea railway station (1hr from Cardiff, 3hrs from London Paddington, 3 hrs from Birmingham New Street).
Then by taxi/bus to  Bay Campus (number 34 to Quadrant station then number 84 )). Taxi 8  £11 --£14 to Bay Campus /
All Day Adult bus ticket £4.20 if booked via the First Bus App, or £4.70 if purchased on the bus. Delegates will be offered complimentary bus travel within the Swansea area for the duration of the conference.

Travelling by air

For travellers arriving by air, there are fast rail/air links to Swansea Bay from London (Gatwick and Heathrow), and travel via Bristol and Cardiff International Airpo rts is also possible . Coach fare from Cardiff Airport to Swansea Bay costs from £5.14

Express coaches run direct to Swansea Bay from Central London, Gatwick and Heathrow Airports; the West Midlands and Cardiff.

The conference dinner venue is a short taxi journey from most locations in Swansea city centre. Local taxis include:
