Perspectives from Practitioners: reflections on the outcomes of the CRA/SEDA Award programme on personal tutoring and academic advising

Session Outline

Janet Strivens, Rob Ward and Steve Outram will briefly explain the context which led to the recent Special Edition of RAPPORT (CRA’s online journal) on the CRA/SEDA Personal Tutoring and Academic Advising award.  They will then lead a conversation about what has been learned from the portfolios of award participants, all of whom were practitioners of personal tutoring/academic advising – and what insights these accounts might have to offer about the priorities for UKAT’s current agenda.
