Student Package - £2000

Student voice is vital to developing effective personal tutoring. Funding from this package will be exclusively used to provide students currently in higher education with free delegate access to the conference to ensure that the student voice is heard clearly at this conference.

  • Half-page advertisement in the digital conference programme
  • Distribute promotional information and merchandise directly to delegates
  • Host a roundtable meeting with delegates on higher education ‘hot topic’ of your choosing

Annual Sponsorship Package - £2500

  • Mention and logo placement in the opening and closing plenary sessions of the conference
  • Logo in digital conference programme
  • Half-page advertisement in the digital conference programme
  • Distribute promotional information and merchandise directly to delegates
  • Address delegates by presenting a concurrent session (45 minutes)
  • Social media posts before the conference and on both days of the conference to confirm sponsorship
  • Permanent link to your website from the UKAT conference webpage
  • Early access to the delegate list before the conference, plus updated final delegate list after the event

Throughout the year

  • Your logo, link and sponsorship recognition message displayed on the UKAT website for 1 year
  • Logo on the opening slide at the start of all monthly UKAT webinars (present in video recordings and slide deck downloads)
  • Opportunity to present a webinar on a topic of your choice in the UKAT annual webinar series (subject to our vendor neutrality policy)

Anniversary Sponsorship Package - £3000
