About This Webinar
Join this session which is designed to actively engage, challenge and support participants as they uncover the unique mindset and perspective of a coach and how to apply that in practice.
Grit works with a unique coaching framework which is designed to shed light – not just on our coaching – but on the way we participate in life. In doing so it also helps us create the clarity to have more effective and impacting coaching conversations with students and colleagues.
You will explore the differing perspectives within this model – through examples and break-out room sharing. This allows you to see new choices about which perspective best delivers the results you are looking for in your professional role and how best to create an impact with students and colleagues. In particular, you will explore the purpose and commitment of being a coach and how that relates to a non-directive and non-judgmental perspective.
You will identify the negative impact of their ‘inner critic’ and the impact this internal voice can have on your effectiveness as a coach. Finally, you will identify key areas of professional life where you want to achieve new results and have an opportunity to give and receive coaching support.
