Delegate Information
The entire Conference is driven through the Schedule page but you must login using the Delegate Login menu that can be found at the left of the page in order to access the sessions.
How do I login?
If you are a UKAT member, simply click the Delegate Login and login with your UKAT website username and password.
If you are not a UKAT member, you should have received an email with a delegate username and password when you registered to attend the conference; use this to login to the Conference site. Please contact the conference team for assistance if you have not received this email by Friday 1 April 2022.
How do I attend a session?
The Schedule lists the date and time of all the sessions. Find a session you want to attend and click its title in the Schedule. This will take you to a page which gives you a detailed information about the session, including a full abstract (see below).
10 minutes before the scheduled start time of the session, a large pink Launch the Online Session button will appear in the page (see below). Simply click this button to join the session via Zoom.
Some session have resources or sign-up forms associated with them (e.g. PowerPoint slides or handouts). You’ll find these at the bottom of the detailed session page in the schedule.
Accessing the Session Recordings
You will be able to view the recordings of any sessions at any time after the Conference. To do this, simply login into the Conference page (it will remain perpetually in the UKAT website) with your delegate or UKAT member login. Find the session you want to view in the Schedule, then click it to view the detailed information page for that session. As soon as the recording is available it will appear embedded in this page and you will also be able to download it.
Please bear with us, we will have a lot of recordings to edit after the Conference, and it may take us a couple of weeks to get them all online.
