Session Outline

Higher education institutions are becoming increasingly aware of the pivotal role they play in ensuring the success and well-being of their students. To achieve optimal results, it is important to align various initiatives aimed at student success. A shared vision and strategy can serve as an effective tool in coordinating advising efforts. As each higher education institution has its own context, culture, and student population, the process of writing a vision statement can be as diverse as the content of those statements.

This interactive workshop is designed to guide you through the process of charting a vision formation process that fits your institution. Additionally, the presenters will share how they engaged the advising community of their institution (Maastricht University) in a visionary co-creation journey.
