Session Outline


This proposed session aims to examine the integration of analytics and generative AI into personal tutoring within the UK's higher education system. We plan to have a presentation relating to the application of technology (broadly), analytics and AI (including Generative AI) and its application within personal tutoring. It seeks to explore the evolving role of technology in enhancing traditional tutoring methods, focusing on the practicalities, challenges, and benefits of this integration. The session will provide insights into actionable strategies for maintaining a student-centric approach, while effectively combining human-led tutoring with technological tools. Through discussions on real-world applications, best practices, and transformative potentials, the session aims to offer a comprehensive understanding of how data and analytics can be seamlessly integrated to personal tutoring, ultimately enhancing the educational experience.
